Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively; Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to consult and influence internal teams and stakeholders at a professional level; A developmental mindset, committed to personal growth and learning and to supporting others to achieve their long-term potential; High level of autonomy with demonstrated critical thinking skills and the ability to manage complex situations with minimal guidance; Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion Previous people management experience, or demonstrable experience supporting and developing others. We are open to part time and full time applications. At Frontier Economics, we are entirely employee-owned, meaning every team member has a voice in shaping the company’s future.
