Du analysierst Abweichungen in der Tages- und Monats-GuV, bereitest deren finanzielle Auswirkungen transparent auf und unterstützt die verantwortlichen Bereiche bei der weiteren Bewertung. Du wirkst aktiv bei der Planung, Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Budget- und Forecastprozesse mit. Mit aussagekräftigen Reports und Dashboards bereitest Du betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen adressatengerecht auf und schaffst Transparenz für unterschiedliche Fach- und Führungsbereiche. Du analysierst Produktivitäts-, Auslastungs-, Kosten- und Ergebniskennzahlen und zeigst wirtschaftliche Auffälligkeiten sowie relevante Handlungsfelder auf. Das monatliche Reporting verantwortest Du eigenständig, kommentierst wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen und schaffst fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unsere Führungskräfte. Du unterstützt die operativen Bereiche und die Fabrikplanung mit belastbaren Analysen und Daten bei der Identifikation und Bewertung von Optimierungspotenzialen. Du entwickelst unsere Controlling- und BI-Instrumente kontinuierlich weiter und bist kompetenter Ansprechpartner für betriebswirtschaftliche Fragestellungen. Das hast du auf Lager: Du hast ein Studium im Bereich Controlling, Finanzen, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise in der Logistik oder einem vergleichbaren operativen Umfeld, ergänzt Dein fachliches Profil. Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Controlling-Tools und ERP-Systemen, beispielsweise SAP oder Power BI. Zahlen, Daten und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge begeistern Dich und Du überzeugst durch eine strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
