From resolving HR queries to supporting key employee lifecycle processes, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience. How you will make a difference: Handle and resolve HR queries from clients and employees, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employment contracts, payroll, benefits administration, and employee record maintenance. Ensure compliance with regional and local employment regulations, internal policies, and established SOPs. Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS platforms and ensure records are regularly updated. Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and dashboards to monitor KPIs and support data-driven decisions. Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and other cross-functional teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth HR operations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and strengthen the overall employee experience What will give you an advantage: At least 2 years of experience in Global HR Shared Services within a multinational organization, preferably in a client-facing role. Basic knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management. Familiarity with HRIS tools such as Workday or SAP. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Smartsheet. Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise tasks and thrive in a dynamic environment.
