The Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and people-focused Office Administrator to join our Brisbane office. From administration and coordination to culture-building and project support, this role is ideal for someone who loves variety and is keen to take on new challenges. Your duties will include, but will not be limited to, the following: Office Coordination: Be the welcoming face and voice of our Brisbane office, manage meetings, travel bookings, and document preparation. Team Support: Help maintain a positive, connected team culture, assist with health and safety, marketing, and general administrative tasks. Project Support: Provide support to engineers and senior managers and take ownership of opportunities to grow into areas such as project coordination or document control. Assist the Office Manager with ad hoc tasks to keep everything running smoothly. About You We’re after a proactive, professional all-rounder who thrives on variety and enjoys being the go-to person who gets things done with a smile. You’ll bring: At least 2 years’ administration experience (experience in professional services or engineering is a bonus). Excellent communication skills and confidence to build rapport at all levels. The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong Microsoft Office skills. Outstanding organisation and attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude. Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.
