Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare Experience in recruitment, either in-house, agency, or freelance with minimum experience in recruitment 3 years. Fluent in English both written and verbal Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and sourcing tools. Good organizational and time-management skills.(Preferred) Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
