SMT Production Line Maintenance and Management: - Maintain SMT equipment to ensure its proper operation. - Perform routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, and troubleshoot malfunctions. 1. Production Process Optimization: - Analyze production data and propose improvement suggestions to enhance production efficiency. - Adjust process flows according to production requirements to ensure product quality. 2. Technical Support and Problem Solving: - Provide technical support and assist the production team in resolving technical issues during the production process. - Conduct problem analysis and propose effective solutions. 3. Training and Guidance: - Conduct on-site training to improve the skills and knowledge of operators. - Guide new employees to ensure they can proficiently operate SMT equipment. 4.
