WHAT YOU’LL DO Clinical & Operational Leadership Provide leadership and oversight for Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) operations and participant outcomes. Direct and support clinical and operational managers across multiple service lines. Ensure development and evaluation of participant-centered care plans. Monitor operational, quality, and clinical performance metrics. Collaborate with organizational leaders to enhance care delivery processes. Quality & Regulatory Excellence Ensure clinical documentation is accurate and compliant. Lead quality improvement initiatives and support regulatory compliance readiness. Oversee incident investigations and participant concerns. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Minimum 3 years recent acute care nursing experience.Experience working with elderly populations in PACE, MLTC, CHHA, or similar settings.Demonstrated leadership experience.
