Position Details: Schedule: Monday - Friday (Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30pm) Salaried Position. Weekends to be assigned as needed for staffing coverage. Will serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge with the Texas Board of Pharmacy. There will be no requirement for licensure in other states. Location: Guardian Pharmacy - 711 Directors Drive, Arlington, TX 76011 As a key member of the local management team, ensure that all functions are performed timely and accurately. Manage departmental leads/supervisors to ensure that key metrics and labor goals are achieved. Collaborate with leadership to develop departmental objectives and goals. Assists in evaluating workflow/technological enhancements to improve efficiency. Assist supervisors in scheduling adequate staff to meet the needs of the business within budgeted guidelines.
