Helmerich & Payne | https://www.helmerichpayne.com Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator Hiring Department: Administration Department Key Responsibilities: Creating and processing Purchase Orders (POs) based on approved requirements, supplier quotations, and contractual agreements. Reviewing and reconciling vendor pro-forma invoices and supporting documents against Supplier contracts and PO requirements. Following up with Suppliers on open POs, order confirmations, delivery commitments, and expediting overdue or critical orders Coordinating with Rig Teams, Warehouses, and Internal Stakeholders for timely PO approvals, order releases, goods receipts, and closure. Preparing regular procurement, open-order, reconciliation, and status reports for internal Stakeholders. Qualification: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems. Working knowledge or experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance will be preferred. Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Accounting, or Finance Qualities or Attributes: · Proactive – Takes initiative to drive PO creation, follow-ups, approvals, and issue resolution. · Attention to Detail – Strong ability to identify and reconcile discrepancies in POs, invoices, pricing, and quantities. · Ownership & Accountability – Follows assigned POs and actions through to completion and closure. · Critical Thinking & Problem Solving – Ability to analyze issues and resolve them with minimal supervision. · Excellent Communication Skills – Effectively coordinates with Suppliers, Rig Teams, Warehouses, and Internal Stakeholders.
