At H&P, our people are our strength. Responsibilities: Act as a backup to the US administrator. Support expanding the same intake and workflow process to the Aberdeen office. Provide broader administrative and coordination support to the Legal team across regions Manage and support the intake process for legal requests. Track timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines. Monitor incoming workload and help balance distribution across attorneys. Maintain and circulate legal documentation. Facilitate document reviews, signatures, etc Ensure compliance with defined processes and follow up where required. Provide administrative and coordination support to attorneys and teams in the US & Aberdeen. Requirements: Reliable and highly accountable. Comfortable managing administrative responsibilities with ownership. Assertive and confident in ensuring adherence to processes and timelines. Able to develop strong judgment over time in routing work and understanding attorney workloads. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Capable of demonstrating discernment in decision-making and prioritization. Willingness to occasionally push back constructively based on workload and priorities. Experience Prior experience in legal administration is preferred. Strong administrative or coordination experience is also acceptable. Training and ongoing support will be provided.
