At H&P, our people are our strength. Summary of the Position The Billing Coordinator will perform data entry, detailed reporting, and additional duties which support the Revenue department. This individual needs to be efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and ability to communicate effectively with team members and manager. Must be able to ensure a steady completion of workload is completed in a timely manner. Key Duties Perform entry of invoicing data into an Oracle ERP system. Gather data and track billable services. Assisting the Revenue Department as needed. Qualifications Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. Knowledge of Oracle and Viper will be added advantage. Detailed oriented Strong organization skills Must be proficient in English and able to communicate effectively. Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Economics preferred. Thank you for your interest in joining our team!
