Job Description: Maryland Environmental Service has an opening for a Lead Equipment Operator at our Montgomery County Grinding Operation located in Derwood, MD. This position provides mainly commercial driving services for MES clients at various field locations. Responsibilities also include operating heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, excavators, and forklifts. Estimated Pay Range: $58,028.88 - $79,781.52 Benefits: Health Insurance with choice of medical plan and prescription, dental, vision, and life and disability insurance options, along with flexible spending accounts 401K retirement savings program with generous agency match Paid vacation, personal and sick leave Eleven paid holidays per year Tuition assistance Minimum Requirements: Graduation from a standard high school or GED plus five years of experience operating heavy equipment.
