The Role The communications coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing internal communications messaging and programs, executing channel content, and maintaining team workflow strategies. What you'll do day-to-day: Collaborate with the Communications team to complete communication requests including copywriting and graphic design Organize and execute content across all channels simultaneously, with a high degree of accuracy, according to plan, by deadline Adhere to Communication team practices, brand guidelines, and company voice Coordinate and support community engagement programs and company events, as needed Assist in project management on our PMS monday.com You Bring Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, advertising or related field Direct experience working in workflow management and content creation for a company, brand, or agency Excellent attention to detail Excellent organizational and time-management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge and use of AP style Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to set and meet goals Ability to consistently meet tight deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Sharepoint) Advanced software aptitude and uptake Why Invitation Homes We believe when our residents thrive, our associates thrive. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
