Delivery Technician - Woburn, MA About the Role The Delivery Technician delivers, sets up, and picks up durable medical equipment (DME) in patient homes. You will educate patients on basic equipment use and ensure safe operation while providing high-quality customer service. Key Highlights • Supportive team environment • Clear on-call expectations with a transparent rotation • Hands-on role with mechanical and patient-facing responsibilities • Stable schedule with flexibility •Safer Driver Bonus elegible Location • 4 Presidential Way, Woburn, MA 01801 Schedule • Tuesday- Saturday 10 AM - 6:30 PM On-Call Transparency • One weekday evening approximately every 10 weekdays • On-call coverage begins at the end of the scheduled shift and continues until 8:30 AM the following morning • Occasional Saturday on-call coverage Salary Range • $21.00–$25.00 per hour • Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location What You’ll Do • Safely lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups • Deliver, set up, and pick up DME and supplies inside patient homes • Provide clear, compassionate, professional instruction on equipment use • Offer a high level of customer service and support to patients who may rely on this equipment for life-sustaining needs • Load and unload equipment from the delivery vehicle • Respond to emergency delivery requests when needed • Complete delivery logs, pickup forms, and vehicle documentation accurately • Maintain supply components in patient profiles • Assist with equipment cleaning and minor repairs • Perform routine vehicle checks • Support additional duties as assigned Required • Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily deliveries and setups • High school diploma or equivalent • No experience required! • 21 years of age or older • Valid driver’s license • Completion of Apria’s Driver Training Program • English reading, writing, and speaking skills Top Attributes for Success: • Willingness to learn • Dependability • Adaptability • Strong customer service and bedside manner • Mechanical aptitude • Comfort entering patient homes Why You’ll Love Working Here • You make a meaningful impact on patients’ lives • Supportive team environment • Transparent and hands-on leadership • Predictable schedule with some flexibility • Training and development opportunities • Independent work with strong team support Teammate Benefits As an Accendra Health employee, you have choices to fit your life.
