We are currently looking for a Vice President to join our Corporate & Venture Group in Minneapolis, MN. The Corporate & Venture Group (CVG) team seeks to provide high touch trading services to some of the top Corporations, Executives, and Venture Capital firms across the country. We work closely with Equity Sales and trading, as well as investment banking. Responsibilities Provide a high level of customer service to Corporate & Venture Group clients and team members Work strategically with CVG teammates, traders, and investment bankers and other colleagues to identify and implement business development strategies Prepare and develop pitch materials for Corporate Executives, VC/PE Funds, Family Office and Boards Maintain relationships with current CVG accounts Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive restricted stock selling strategies to maximize revenue and new business activity Interact with transfer agents, issuer counsel and clients to assist and guide administrative functions related to restricted stock sales - processing restricted stock paperwork and follow-up to ensure the shares are settled in a timely manner Monitor trading activities, industry and market developments, and regulatory requirements Understand compliance with policies and regulations and work with stakeholders to develop/modify relevant policies and guidelines undefined Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related 8+ years of securities industry experience Superior organizational skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint Demonstrated ability to actively improve efficiencies and department processes Proven ability to interact with clients effectively and to maintain client relationships Series 7 and 63 required or willingness to obtain within 90 days of start date undefined As a leading investment bank, we enable growth and success for our clients through deep sector expertise, candid advice and a differentiated, highly productive culture. The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $180,000 - $200, 000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
