Ensure lifting activities follow approved lifting plans, risk assessments and safety procedures. Conduct pre-lifting checks and toolbox meetings. Ensure cranes, lifting equipment and rigging gear are properly inspected and certified. Supervise riggers and crane operators during lifting operations. Coordinate with vessel crew, operations teams, contractors and clients. Stop unsafe work and report lifting-related incidents or near misses.
