Ensure relevant documents are downloaded and processed before the workday starts to support smooth daily operations. Identify and address inefficiencies in manual reporting and data handling processes. Build automation to reduce manual tasks and speed up delivery. Work closely with the Ops team to align reporting workflows and ensure seamless data integration. Standardise recurring reports and create automated dashboards or templates to improve consistency. Document processes and automations clearly to ensure scalability and easy knowledge transfer. Assist with ad hoc reporting needs and support finance improvement projects. What You’ll Bring Required Skills & Competencies: 2–4 years' experience in reporting, automation, or analytics in operations or shared services. Proficient with tools like Alteryx, PowerBI, Power Query, or similar; SQL or Python experience a plus. Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and develop tech-driven solutions. Able to manage tasks independently, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced team setting. Clear communicator, capable of explaining technical ideas to non-technical audiences. A mindset focused on continuous improvement and driving efficiency with automation.
