Job Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus. * Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in a contact center environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and confident telephone manner. * Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to help customers. * Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. * A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
