Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
2. 8+ years of experience in FMCG, food, frozen food, cold chain, retail, or catering industries, with 3+ years as GM, Deputy GM, Business Unit Head, or equivalent managerial roles.
3. Deep understanding of Thai consumer market, channel structures, and business environment; proven track record of 0-to-1 market expansion in Thailand.
4. Practical operational experience and network resources in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, convenience stores, catering chains, or e-commerce.
5. Strong business result orientation with proven success stories in sales growth, margin improvement, channel development, team setup, or new market entry.
6. Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, leadership, and cross-cultural management capabilities. Thai proficiency as a working language is required; Chinese or English business proficiency is preferred (Bilingual Chinese-Thai preferred).
