You'll drive student recruitment outcomes while supporting the Student Recruitment Manager as second-in-command. Combining your sales expertise with coaching and mentoring, you'll help strengthen team capability, improve conversion rates and deliver an exceptional student experience. This role will focus on the strategic vision of growth of our Health programs for the Adelaide market, with increasing investment. Act growth strategy: Torrens is bringing a strong focus on Health to the Adelaide Market, you will bring this to life Student Engagement: Build meaningful relationships with prospective students and provide personalised course and enrolment guidance. CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate Salesforce records, manage timely follow-ups and monitor recruitment performance. Support Team Leadership: Act as second-in-command to the Student Recruitment Manager and role-model best practices. Who You Are You're a confident, results-driven sales professional who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others succeed. You'll bring: Proven Sales Performance: Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding targets, ideally in higher education. Coaching & Mentoring: Previous experience training, mentoring and developing colleagues. Relevant Experience: A minimum of three years' professional experience in a similar role. Communication & Systems: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, sound Microsoft Excel knowledge and confidence learning new technologies.
