Your mission

About L1VE

L1VE is a growing media and technology company with locations in Berlin and New York. With immersive 14K, 3D and 360° streaming technologies and innovative live formats, L1VE is transforming the way people experience sports, music and entertainment.

Your Role

Our production logistics need to work across borders. We are looking for someone who does not just design solutions but builds them: hardware, software, processes and training, from one source. You will turn our logistics into a standard that works in every country we operate in.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop our logistics software and workflows into one standardized system for all countries, or migrate to a better-suited alternative
  • Design and set up shipping and receiving processes for production hardware
  • Prepare ATA Carnets and all customs and shipping documents, in close coordination with the Production team
  • Advise on handling hazardous goods such as batteries and liquids
  • Build a clear labeling system: sequential numbering, case labels and warning labels
  • Define cross-departmental workflows with Production, including inventory and system status
  • Go from concept to operation: implement hardware and software and train the users
  • Travel to events and project sites for around 0–10% of your working time

Your profile

  • Several years of logistics experience, ideally in event or broadcast touring, or in international forwarding and customs clearance
  • Practical experience with ATA Carnets, international shipping and customs clearance
  • Knowledge of hazardous goods handling, especially lithium batteries under IATA and ADR
  • Experience with asset or inventory management systems, ideally implementing or migrating one
  • A hands-on approach: you work in the lab and get systems running
  • A structured, independent way of working and a passion for standardizing processes
  • Fluent German, spoken and written (at least CEFR C1)
  • Confident English, spoken and written (at least CEFR C1)

Why us?

  • A key role with real creative freedom in building our international production logistics
  • Start part-time (from 15 hours per week) or full-time, with the chance to grow into a team
  • Work at the intersection of live production and immersive technology

Interested?

Please send us your CV and a few sentences on why you are interested in L1VE and why you would be a strong fit for this role.
We look forward to hearing from you!
