Position Summary
We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home support for seniors in the Katy area. This role is ideal for a dependable, warm, and service-minded CNA who enjoys building relationships and making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
- Bathing, grooming, and hygiene
- Dressing and mobility assistance
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ condition to the care team
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping related to client care
- Help with meal preparation and hydration reminders
- Provide safe transfers and ambulation support
- Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines
- Maintain a respectful, patient, and professional approach at all times
Qualifications
- Current CNA license in the state of Texas (required)
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- At least 1 year of caregiving or CNA experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- CPR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
