About the role: We are seeking a Landscaping Construction Estimator and Project Manager to oversee 8-12 design build projects annually for Brown Design Group (the design/build side of Superior Inc. This role will take engineering designs/plans, perform the estimates, and create the production plans, overseeing production goals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation and Benefits for our Landscaping Construction Estimator/Project Manager:
- Starting base salary between $70,000 and $85,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities for our Landscaping Construction Estimator/Project Manager:
- Managing our estimating process for design/build projects
- Doing on-site quality, safety and production checks on active projects
- Acting as a liaison between customers and field crew;
- Managing change orders;
- Holding crews accountable to production goals;
- Maintaining highly organized records;
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements for our Landscaping Construction Estimator/Project Manager:
- Experience in construction or landscaping management;
- An understanding of the design build process, including bids, estimates, take-offs, project schedules, job costing and budgets;
- Experience using software for project management and estimates.
- Experience overseeing field crews doing installation projects, including quality and safety checks;
- Experience reading design plans and blueprints;
- Experience acting as the liaison between the customer and the field crew on project-related questions, including managing change orders;
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record with an ability to pass a motor vehicle check to ensure insurability under company insurance
