We’re seeking skilled Pipefitters (Journeyman & Apprentices) to join our roster. Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility construction, pipeline construction, maintenance, turn arounds, and shutdowns is required. Please ensure you meet all the below criteria before applying for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems for oil and gas operations
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Perform inspections, tests, and repairs on piping systems
- Wear PPE and observe health & safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, climb and work at heights over 10 feet, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Ability to work both independently and with others to support a safe work environment
- Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (including night, weekends, holidays, and overtime)
- Travel is required and certain jobs may be eligible for Living Out Allowance
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with reliable transportation is an asset
Certifications Required:
- Journeyperson Certification and/or Interprovincial Red Seal or Valid Apprenticeship
- H2S Alive
- Standard First Aid & CPR – Level C
- Common Safety Orientation (CSO)
Preference given to applicants with additional experience and safety tickets, such as:
- Valid Driver’s License with Clean Abstract
- Confined Space Entry & Monitor
- Fall Protection
- Aerial Work Platform
- Ground Disturbance Level II
