You will:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks

What You Will Do
- Perform routine building maintenance, including cleaning, painting, minor repairs, and upkeep of walls, floors, and fixtures
- Carry out basic electrical tasks, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets, and addressing minor electrical issues
- Perform basic plumbing work, including fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining faucets, toilets, and pipes
- Inspect equipment and machinery, perform minor repairs, and report major issues to the supervisor
- Maintain outdoor areas, including landscaping, waste removal, and general upkeep
- Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are stored safely and properly
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and record completed work
- Report safety hazards, damaged equipment, or facility concerns
- Follow all company safety policies, including the proper use of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment

All You Will Need for Success
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent skill certifications
Experience
- Previous experience in general maintenance, custodial work, or handyman services is an advantage
- Experience or exposure in at least one of the following areas is preferred:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Air Conditioning (AC) systems
Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, or AC systems
- Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, electrical, or air conditioning are considered an asset
- Ability to safely operate hand tools and basic machinery
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and manual labor
