About the Role
Exemplar Companies is seeking an experienced Tax and Accounting Services Manager to manage accounting engagements, develop tax plans, and support high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. The ideal candidate has strong accounting and cash flow management experience, is proficient in QuickBooks, and brings a collaborative, client-focused approach to delivering high-quality professional services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting engagements for HNW and UHNW clients.
- Prepare tax plans and support tax planning initiatives for clients.
- Oversee monthly accounting activities, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Meet with clients to discuss accounting needs, financial performance, and tax planning opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business and build client relationships.
- Collaborate with the tax and accounting team to coordinate client engagements and deliver quality service.
- Provide functional guidance and support across accounting engagements.
- Use accounting, tax preparation, and tax planning software to support client work.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in monthly accounting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor certification required.
- Familiarity with tax preparation and tax planning software platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and work collaboratively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients.
- Previous experience at a CPA firm or professional services firm.
- Bilingual or multilingual communication skills.
Compensation and Benefits

Work Environment
This is a remote, full-time position with a Monday–Friday schedule. The Tax and Accounting Services Manager will work closely with clients and internal team members, using a team-based approach to manage UHNW engagements and deliver coordinated professional services.
