• Business development for Probio services, including identifying customer needs, promoting biological drug business, enhancing customer cooperation intention and business negotiation
• LTC (Leads to Cash) sales process management. Active and clear process management to effectively achieve business development goals and risk avoidance; analyze and report corresponding data to optimize work directions in time
• Effectively coordinate the relevant departments internally for sales and cash achievement, and effectively manage customer expectations and business brands externally
• Continue to optimize business workflow and pain points to improve business development efficiency and competitiveness
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Education/Experience:

• Master's degree or above
• 5+ years of business development experience in Biologics business
• Deep understanding Antibody drug development is preferred
• CDMO BD experience is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, learning ability, management ability and execution ability
• Fluent English communication skills is preferred
• Highly in line with company values
