Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Quality Engineer II with 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing. This role will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions through effective test planning, execution, automation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end testing activities for assigned features, enhancements, and releases. Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify risks, gaps, and test scenarios. Design, develop, and execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test cases. Validate backend data and business logic using SQL queries. Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution. Investigate production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform root cause analysis. Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency, documentation, analysis, and quality outcomes. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Support teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline test documentation, reporting, and QA knowledge management. Promote an AI-First Quality Engineering approach by improving QA processes through intelligent testing practices. Mentor junior team members and promote a quality-first mindset. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with strong manual testing expertise. Strong experience in requirement analysis, test execution, defect management, and production support. Hands-on experience with SQL and database validation, including PostgreSQL and MySQL. Experience testing web-based and enterprise applications. Exposure to AI-powered tools and prompt engineering concepts to improve testing productivity and quality. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing best practices. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the US Healthcare domain. Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Swagger. Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for test case creation, documentation, analysis, and reporting. Experience mentoring and guiding QA team members. Experience testing data-intensive, analytics, or reporting applications. Knowledge of test automation concepts and quality engineering practices.
