Responsibilities
- Executes Paszkiewicz scheduling process as trained by the Scheduling Manager
- Secures conference rooms per client requests throughout the U.S. per Company policy
- Confirms all bookings with clients as per Company policy
- Builds relationships with clients based on reliability, customer service and willingness to accommodate client requests
- Works with our production and billing team as needed
- Has accountability for accuracy and completing all tasks assigned
Job Requirements

- General computer proficiency in various computer applications

Education
- High school diploma or general degree from an accredited institution required
