You’ll work with world-class scientists and engineers to provide strategic assessments of emerging technologies. You will maintain responsibility for producing and presenting findings and recommendations to a team of colleagues and clients on the feasibility and potential impact of future research programs, assisting with the management of current programs, and facilitating the transition of program deliverables to DoD stakeholders. These roles require 5 days on client site in Arlington, VA. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred Master’s degree in a STEM field THREE (3) or more years of active research or product development experience FIVE (5) or more years' experience in project management and/or as a technical liaison. Experience should include, but not be limited to: Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar areas needed to broadly support the PM’s portfolio Excellent communication skills - both written (to include PowerPoint) and oral Self-starter who is willing to both take the lead and provide support in a team role in a complex, fast-paced, cross-disciplinary work environment Strong organization skills with the ability to multi-task and respond to quick turn-around requests Flexible and readily adaptable to change Doctorate degree may be used in lieu of FIVE (5) of the required years' experience What Would be Nice to Have: An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance Doctorate degree in a STEM field with zero years of post-doctoral experience PMP certification Experience performing or supporting DoD or government-sponsored research activities Prior experience working with DARPA Experience leveraging and integrating AI tools to improve processes and workflow efficiency Experience with Microsoft Office What We Offer: Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
