Silverado

Irvine, California

AI Program Strategist.

DATA & ML

Join Silverado Home Office in Irvine, a memory care innovator ranked in the top 10 nationwide by Fortune Magazine Best Workplaces in Aging Services™. Since 1997, Silverado has delivered exceptional care to individuals with neurodegenerative conditions. We’re a certified Great Place to Work® and proud to offer competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities.

We're hiring an AI Program Strategist - a strategic and hands-on business transformation leader who partners across all areas of Silverado to identify operational challenges, implement practical AI and automation solutions, and drive measurable improvements in productivity, efficiency, and employee experience.

Be a difference-maker with a memory care innovator!

You're a curious problem solver who thrives on turning ideas into action. You don't just recommend improvements; you own them from discovery through implementation and adoption. You're equally comfortable sitting with frontline teams to understand how work gets done and collaborating with executives to drive organization-wide change.

 Location & Travel Requirements:

This position is based in Irvine, CA at the Silverado Home Office. Hybrid candidates will be considered. Travel to Silverado communities and business locations will be required as needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with leaders across Operations, HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, and Legal to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done.
  • Observe workflows firsthand, map current processes, and identify inefficiencies, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives through Silverado's improvement process: Discover → Diagnose → Prioritize → Design → Pilot → Validate → Scale.
  • Build and manage a portfolio of high-impact business improvement opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and productivity tools to reduce administrative burden and improve employee effectiveness.
  • Research, pilot, and implement practical AI solutions that can be incorporated into everyday workflows.
  • Design adoption strategies, training resources, and implementation plans that drive sustainable results.
  • Serve as an internal AI subject matter expert and trusted advisor.
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to uncover innovation opportunities and gain stakeholder alignment.
  • Build trust with frontline employees and leaders to drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Measure outcomes, track business impact, and continuously optimize solutions.
  • Develop scalable frameworks and repeatable playbooks that can be applied across the organization.
  • Ensure AI and automation initiatives align with healthcare privacy, security, compliance, and organizational requirements.
  • Exercise sound judgment when working with PHI, ePHI, credentials, and sensitive business information.
  • Partner with Privacy, Security, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams to support responsible AI adoption and risk management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement, business transformation, AI, automation, product operations, consulting, implementation, or change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience owning complex business problems from discovery through implementation and measurable results.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies in a business environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational challenges into practical solutions.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive initiatives without direct authority.
  • Healthcare, HIPAA, or other regulated-industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Experience with AI, automation, low-code, workflow, or productivity platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving organizational change.
