Puesto: Técnico en Audio y Video Objetivo del puesto: Operar, mantener y solucionar fallas en equipos y sistemas de audio, video y videoconferencia, garantizando el correcto funcionamiento de los eventos, reuniones y espacios audiovisuales. Responsabilidades principales: Configurar equipos de audio, video y videoconferencia. Operar sistemas audiovisuales durante eventos, capacitaciones y reuniones. Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a pantallas, proyectores, cámaras, micrófonos, bocinas y equipos de control. Diagnosticar y resolver fallas técnicas en sistemas audiovisuales. Coordinar actividades con proveedores e integradores de tecnología. Realizar pruebas de funcionamiento antes y después de cada evento. Mantener inventario y documentación de equipos audiovisuales. Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios finales. Realiza todo el trabajo de acuerdo con los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos. Cumplir con todas las políticas y procedimientos de la empresa y se adhiere a los estándares de la misma. Realizar otras tareas según sea requerido. Apoyar a otros técnicos en diversas funciones en las instalaciones. Conocimientos requeridos: Sistemas de audio profesional. Equipos de videoconferencia (Poly, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco, entre otros). Pantallas comerciales, proyectores y sistemas de señalización digital. Cableado estructurado y conexiones audiovisuales (HDMI, DisplayPort, USB, Audio Balanceado, etc.). Redes básicas para equipos audiovisuales. Lectura de planos y diagramas de instalación. Habilidades: Resolución de problemas. Atención al cliente. Trabajo en equipo. Organización y seguimiento de actividades. Comunicación efectiva. Escolaridad: Carrera técnica o ingeniería trunca/concluida en Electrónica, Telecomunicaciones, Sistemas Audiovisuales o afín. Experiencia: 1 a 3 años en instalación, operación y mantenimiento de sistemas audiovisuales y videoconferencia. Deseable: Certificaciones de fabricantes audiovisuales (Poly, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, etc.). Experiencia en soporte a salas de juntas y auditorios corporativos.
