What the job involves: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Intern to join our team. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to support the operationalization of the Smart Building Program and gain valuable experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate. As an Intern in Engineering at JLL, you will: Smart Building Program Support: Assist in the operationalization of the Smart Building Program by coordinating the development of playbooks and operating procedures, ensuring clear guidelines are in place for the implementation of new technologies and systems. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Help troubleshoot tips and tricks to optimize the performance of building systems. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop protocols for system health checks and work order control, ensuring efficient operations and maintenance of equipment. Dashboard Development: Play a key role in developing dashboards to monitor the performance of building systems. Utilize data analysis and visualization tools to provide insights for decision-making processes and support the improvement of operational efficiency. Use Case Refinement: Work closely with operational teams to develop and refine use cases that align with scheduled and demand-based services, leveraging data from systems, and contribute to the enhancement of occupants' experience within the building. Continuous Improvement Project Management: Support the planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives by tracking project milestones, documenting progress, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and ensure successful implementation of engineering solutions.
