Office Manager (m/f/d) – Lausanne, Switzerland Reporting to the DACH Lead, this role keeps our Lausanne office running smoothly — covering facilities, reception, events, and day-to-day coordination. Key Responsibilities Main point of contact for facility maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination (janitorial, handyman, KPI tracking) Support local rollout of global workplace initiatives with building management and WPS leadership Oversee office standards, supplies, catering, and new hire onboarding tours Manage room bookings, AV setup, and logistics for in-office events Staff reception, manage access badges, handle calls, and assist with visitor/parking arrangements Share office updates via Slack/email; represent Lausanne at Swiss WPS meetings Ensure compliance with Swiss H&S regulations and support First Aid training What You Bring Minimum 2 years' experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a similar coordination role Fluent English and French required; German is a plus Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills What you can expect from us You’ll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
