Compensation Minimum: $25.00 Compensation Maximum: $39.00 As a Talent Analytics intern, you will gain hands-on experience working with talent data, developing reporting solutions, and exploring how insights can help drive business decisions. This is a great opportunity for someone who is curious, analytical, and eager to develop their skills in data with an HR-focus. Responsibilities Develop an understanding of our business, corporate culture and structure to support your work. Contribute creative ideas and strategic approaches in response to changing situations. Partner with Talent Analytics team members to transform workforce data into insights that support business and people decisions. Support the development of dashboards, visualizations, scorecards, and presentations for HR, business leaders, and executive audiences. Explore emerging approaches to people analytics, workforce planning, and employee experience measurement. Requirements Must be in student status at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship, graduating August 2028 or later. Must be pursuing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD. Major/program must align with internship role. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis. Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred. Licenses • Not applicable. Travel Requirements • Up to 10%.
