Strips, waxes and varnishes floor tile as needed. Clean, extract, dry and vacuums carpets as needed. Empties trash and fills dispensers when needed. Washes windows. Maintains equipment. Assists other maintenance personnel with painting. Performs other job related duties and special projects as required. Reports to work when scheduled and on time. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Worker Characteristics Must have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions. Education and Experience High school or equivalent experience. Zero to one year of similar or related experience. Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
