Equally important, this leader must be willing to work hands-on when needed, moving seamlessly between setting creative direction and executing the work itself. This individual will serve as a trusted creative partner across the studio and the broader enterprise, building strong cross-functional relationships, elevating the quality of design, and championing design as a strategic business driver. Lead projects from brief through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, production, and business outcomes with a high degree of independence. Develop creative briefs and brand guidelines that provide clarity, inspire adoption, and enable consistent execution. Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and serve as a strategic creative partner to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
