- Provide technical service and support at customer sites within the assigned territory, with occasional travel throughout the rest of Italy.
- Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, and adjustments in accordance with company procedures and quality standards, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Manage personal spare parts inventory.
- Ensure a high level of customer care and satisfaction.
- Use SAP/CRM systems to document and manage service activities.
- Residence in Lombardy.
- Technical secondary school diploma, preferably in Electronics.
- Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Basic PLC knowledge
- Knowledge of communication buses/protocols (Modbus, Fieldbus, etc.)
- Good command of English (minimum B1 level).

- Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio) with a gross annual salary range of €35,000–€45,000, plus a performance-based variable bonus linked to the achievement of agreed objectives.
