Identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients afin de soutenir leur développement, de garantir leur satisfaction et de leur permettre de traiter plus de patients efficacement Fournir une assistance technique (instrumentation) aux chirurgiens et au personnel médical qui utilisent les produits et services de l’entreprise Organiser des présentations de produits et de services ainsi que des sessions de formation pour les clients, et veiller à ce que les équipes médicales utilisent correctement les produits Planifier et organiser efficacement votre travail et vos visites chez les clients, tout en veillant à recueillir des retours d’expérience de haute qualité sur l’utilisation des produits Gérer les stocks et la qualité des produits, et transmettre les retours d’expérience des clients afin de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des produits et services de l’entreprise Assurer un niveau de connaissance technique des produits qui réponde à l’expertise et aux compétences techniques attendues par les clients (connaissance des produits, comportement et communication d’informations techniques Compétenes requises Un diplôme d’infirmier est obligatoire ; un diplôme IBODE est un réel atout Au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant que technicien chirurgical La connaissance du bloc opératoire et de la chirurgie orthopédique et/ou cranio-faciale (CMF) est un plus Excellentes compétences pédagogiques et capacité à transmettre des informations à une équipe pluridisciplinaire Flexibilité organisationnelle Esprit d’équipe et de collaboration Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et parlé) est un atout Excellentes compétences relationnelles, tant en interne qu’avec les différentes parties prenantes externes Poste Idéalement basé dans la région Paca (13 ou 83).
