Job Description: An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Premium & Credit Officer to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accurate premium calculations, timely payments, and high-quality customer service, while supporting compliance with WorkSafe legislative and policy requirements. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in the WorkCover industry who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering accurate outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage an allocated portfolio to ensure premiums are calculated accurately and collected on time Process new business applications in line with WorkSafe guidelines Respond to internal and external stakeholder queries within agreed service standards Maintain accurate data entry and certification records Ensure compliance with legislative, audit, and policy requirements Monitor and meet performance and policy targets Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and training programs Support debt collection activities in line with business processes About You You will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage competing priorities while delivering excellent customer service.
