Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Define the enterprise automation and orchestration strategy, roadmap, standards, and governance. Design and deliver reusable workflows, runbooks, playbooks, and automation modules. Lead automation engineering using Ansible and CI/CD orchestration using Jenkins. Drive RPA initiatives for repeatable business and IT operational processes. Design and manage workflows using OpenText / Micro Focus Operations Orchestration. Integrate automation with ServiceNow, monitoring platforms, enterprise APIs, and cloud services. Implement secure access, credential management, testing, release, audit, and change controls. Lead automation engineers, conduct architecture reviews, resolve escalations, and maintain technical documentation. Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 5+ years in automation, orchestration, DevOps, or platform engineering leadership.
