Job Description: Basic Qualifications: Lead resource mobilization activities from demand confirmation through deployment readiness. Develop and maintain integrated staffing and mobilization plans across multiple workstreams. Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams to drive sourcing, interviews, offer management, and fulfillment tracking. Coordinate rebadging, onboarding, access provisioning, equipment readiness, and deployment activities. Manage mobilization governance, RAID logs, dependencies, escalations, and executive reporting. Ensure resources are mobilized on time, within approved cost, grade, and location assumptions. Drive continuous improvement of mobilization processes, reporting, and operational controls. Ideal Candidate Profile A successful candidate will typically bring: 7+ years of experience in resource management, workforce mobilization, transition management, PMO, staffing, or delivery operations. Strong stakeholder management skills across delivery, HR, recruitment, and executive leadership. Experience managing large-scale hiring, onboarding, transition, or transformation programs. Strong planning, reporting, governance, and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced delivery environments.
