The Vice President, Financial Security Products is the enterprise owner for retirement and financial-well-being products and for benefits-related funding and balance-sheet exposures. This leader connects employee financial security with disciplined oversight of defined-contribution and defined-benefit plans, multiemployer obligations, trusts, actuarial governance and financial reporting.

Here you can:

  • Set the multi-year strategy for retirement savings, retirement readiness, emergency savings, financial coaching and other financial-resilience programs.
  • Design healthcare solutions for one of the most diverse workforces in the world, supporting employees across studios, theme parks, productions, news, sports, corporate functions, and international businesses.
  • Own defined-contribution plan design, employer contributions, investments, recordkeeping, participant communications and outcome measurement.
  • Design targeted approaches for workforce populations with different earnings patterns, tenure, access and financial literacy.

Liability, funding and financial oversight

  • Oversee Taft-Hartley and multiemployer-plan exposure, including contribution obligations, funding developments and potential withdrawal liability.
  • Coordinate international defined-benefit and post-employment obligations with Global Benefits Products, Finance, Treasury, Accounting and local leadership.
  • Lead actuarial valuations, assumption and funding analysis, trust governance and consolidated benefits balance-sheet reporting.

Vendors, governance and outcomes

  • Manage recordkeepers, trustees, investment consultants, actuaries, auditors and financial-well-being vendors through scorecards and QBRs.
  • Track retirement readiness, participation, deferral rates, match utilization, financial resilience, service and investment outcomes.
  • Partner with Governance, Compliance & Fiduciary Affairs, Legal and Labor Relations on fiduciary governance, plan documentation and collectively bargained obligations.

Key Areas of Impact:

  • Advance retirement readiness and financial well-being outcomes for employees.
  • Ensure effective oversight of plan funding, liabilities, and long-term financial sustainability.
  • Maintain strong actuarial, accounting, fiduciary, and trust governance practices.
  • Drive high-quality vendor performance and participant service experiences through strategic management and continuous improvement.

Here you'll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare space, with deep expertise in employer-sponsored healthcare programs.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience, with demonstrated success leading teams, strategic initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.
  • Deep knowledge of defined-contribution plans and working knowledge of defined-benefit, multiemployer, trust, funding and financial-reporting matters.
  • Demonstrated experience translating actuarial and financial analysis into executive recommendations.
  • Experience managing recordkeepers, actuaries, trustees, investment advisors and other material vendors.
  • Exceptional financial acumen, risk judgment, governance discipline and executive communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, actuarial science, business, human resources or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Experience and Credentials:

  • Experience with multinational benefit liabilities and collectively bargained populations.
  • Experience with U.S. GAAP benefit accounting, asset-liability analysis or trust governance.
  • MBA, master's degree, actuarial credential, CFA, CEBS or comparable credential.
