In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our chilled production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with our high standards.
Hours: Monday-Friday 06:45-15:30
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the chilled production line.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operatives to achieve production targets while maintaining a focus on quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to guarantee product excellence.
- Collaborate with management to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate training and development for team members, enhancing skills and performance.
- Act as a key communicator between the production team and management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a chilled production or food manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality assurance, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Effective communication skills, ensuring clarity and collaboration within the team and with management.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and commitment to achieving high standards of production.
