Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Lead and support the on-site security team.
- Manage staffing, rotas, training, and site documentation.
- Monitor performance and provide coaching where required.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and safety procedures.
- Report and investigate incidents promptly and accurately.
- Maintain strong client relationships and high service standards.
- Oversee CCTV, access control, and security systems.
- Support the Site Manager and act as a key point of contact for operational matters.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who sees a different world—someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally, you’ll have:
- Valid SIA Licence.
- Minimum 5 years' security industry experience.
- Previous supervisory or management experience.
- Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, customer-focused, and able to lead a team effectively.
- Competent using IT systems and security technology.
Desirable:
- CCTV Licence.
- Experience within corporate, industrial, or high-security environments.
- Experience liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of security industry regulations and best practices.
