Title: Account Director Job Description: NOW HIRING: Account Director Job Overview Plans, develops, and implements customer strategies for the retention of existing business and growth within a specific customer by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Reviews research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer’s attitudes of services and relationship Consults with development teams on market requirements and product features Communicates strategies including marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee satisfaction from assigned customer to executive team Coordinates and aligns strategy with corporate growth plan. Works with other departments to help develop relationship with regards to, pricing, positioning, and packaging The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position. Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
