As a Manufacturing Manager, a typical day might include the following: Leading, mentoring, and coaching manufacturing leaders. Providing guidance to manufacturing support groups, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Regularly providing feedback to empower and coach leaders. Being accountable for safety, quality, on-time delivery, productivity and budget of assigned production groups. Proactively and effectively addressing personnel issues and settling differences equitably and productively. Identifying and justifying staffing and capital needs through the collection and reporting of data. This job might be for you if: You have a B.S. degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent experience. You have 10+ years of combined leadership and supervisory experience. You have a proven ability to communicate professionally, respectfully and openly with a diverse audience. You can prioritize, organize and delegate work; intervening to remove obstacles as needed. Pay Range Data We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
