Reporting into the Director Marketing & Digital APAC E&R, the Marketing and Brand Advisor is
responsible for designing, developing, and implementing resident-centric brands, services, experiences, and engagement marketing campaigns that enhance resident experience for residents and create value for clients.
The role combines consumer insights, service innovation, brand development, customer experience, and stakeholder engagement to create differentiated service offerings that drive participation, satisfaction, and community connection across Sodexo sites.
Working closely with Operations, Business Development, and internal stakeholders, the role supports growth opportunities, develops consumer-facing solutions, and ensures brands, offers, and services are consistently implemented to standard across the portfolio.
Knowledge & Skills

- Experience within remote services, hospitality, accommodation, mining, energy, or resources sectors.

Responsibilities
1. Consumer Experience & Service Innovation
- Develop resident-focused brands, services, and experiences using consumer insights and market trends.
- Enhance resident engagement via ongoing marketing campaigns, satisfaction, and participation across site services and programs.
- Identify opportunities to improve and differentiate Sodexo's customer experience offering.
2. Business Development & Client Support
- Partner with Business Development teams to develop customer experience solutions that support growth and retention.
- Create brand presentations, proposal content, value propositions, and supporting materials for tenders and client meetings.
3. Brand & Service Standards
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, service standards, playbooks, and implementation toolkits.
- Ensure consistency in the design and delivery of resident-facing brands, offers, and services across the portfolio.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with Operations, Clients, Site Leadership, and Business Development teams.
- Facilitate collaboration and alignment between stakeholders to achieve business and client objectives.
5. Implementation & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct site visits to support implementation of programs, services, and customer experience initiatives.
- Perform brand and service audits to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and share best practices across the portfolio.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years' experience in marketing, consumer engagement, customer experience, or community engagement roles.
