Chapter Aesthetic Studio in Orchard Park, NY is looking for a warm, driven Studio Sales & Guest Experience Specialist to be the heart of our guest experience. You’ll be the first smile guests see and the trusted guide who helps them find the right path to looking and feeling their best. This is far more than a front desk role. You’ll blend hospitality, consultative sales, and studio operations to build real relationships, deliver a premium experience, and help guests start (and stay on) personalized treatment plans, all while driving growth for the studio.
