Tu rol en Baxter: Salvar y sostener vidas apoyando en la preparación y estandarización de reactivos para soportar la liberación de materias primas, producto en proceso, producto terminado, validaciones y estabilidad. De igual manera brindará apoyo al programa de mantenimiento preventivo y 6s y trabajará con base en el cumplimiento de las BPL. Lo que realizarás en Baxter: Llevar a cabo, el recibo, matricula e inspección de muestras para análisis del laboratorio de microbiología. Llevar a cabo alistamiento/marcación de material para los analistas del laboratorio, mediante un programa Smed. Dar apoyo en el alistamiento de material para muestreo de análisis en planta. Dar apoyo en la gestión documental de análisis de partículas y endotoxinas. Garantizar el desecho de muestras que ya cumplieron su ciclo de análisis. Grantizar la custodia de muestras y almacenamiento adecuado de acuerdo con programa de producción. Garantizar el cumplimiento del programa de vencimiento de instrumentos en el área de metrología. Garantizar el cumplimiento al plan de entrenamientos de acuerdo a curricula asignada para su rol. Realizar el mantenimiento autónomo de los equipos asignados para garantizar su correcto funcionamiento. Garantizar dentro de su labor diaria el cumplimiento de regulaciones vigentes, normas aplicables. Lo que aportarás: Técnicos en alistamiento de materiales. Técnicos de análisis industriales o afines.
